Prosedur Membuat Kimchi
- Persiapkan semua bahan..
- Bumbu C bawang putih,bawang bombay dan jahe diblender.
- Adonan B tepung beras dan air didihkan aduk terus agar tdk mengumpal. Setelah jadi adonan kental lalu matikan kompor dan dinginkan.
- Saus D semua dicampur jadi satu lalu aduk2.
- Bahan A sawi putih dipotong sekitar 5cm di cuci sampai bersih lalu tiriskan lalu beri garam aduk2 rata pastikan semua bagian tercampur garam.diamkan selama 2 jam lalu aduk2 lagi diamkan lagi selama 2 jam biar makin lemas sawi nya setelah itu cuci bersih sanpai garam nya hilang dengan air matang lalu tiriskan.
- Bahan B+C+D campur lalu aduk2 biar tercampur rata setelah itu masukan bahan A aduk2 hingga semua tercampur rata beri bahan opsional.
- Jadiii deehhh...kimchi fresh siap utk disajikan. Tapi klo mau disimpan dikulkas masukan wadah yaaaa🤤🥰.
